Remove all loopholes stopping rich thieves*; O
Through gratuitous loopholes and a can't-be-audited policy for churches, our tax system forces some people to pay for services that others do not pay for.

Pay local churches for law, computers, teen-time*O
Treat churches like community centers.  To help churches to pay for lost loopholes, there are services they can render.  Have these religious centers teach law and computer skills. The teaching of laws allows students to also be taught religious morals, relating history and morals. Because churches are ubiquitous, children without computers can easily walk to a church to use and learn on them.  Providing teen-time is a way for kids to come to local churches to have time for themselves. It's a way to reduce the load on Youth Detention Centers .  The term local church can be expanded to other groups.

Allow no taxation for gifts to poor*;O
People who give money to churches get tax deductions because it is supposed to go to charity, but often times it is spent on lavish purchases such as cathedrals.  I think we should repeal the restriction that keeps the IRS from auditing churches.

Encourage responsible abortions;O
Families need to be responsible units providing taxes to the government instead of having too many kids and sucking the government dry.  Currently, our country is borrowing money to pay for these kids and for many other activities.  We need to cut our credit card.

Teach life skills and law in HS;O
High schools need to teach life skills which include law, court procedures, car mechanics, computer hardware and software, payroll taxes, tax IRAs and many more.

2nd class socialized medicine;O
2ND Class Health is a medical program not associated with the established medical accreditation systems and monopolies.  The provided skilled health workers are those that tried but failed to finish the established accredited systems.  Any person can be a patient. Workers and the system are protected from law suits, except for purposeful harm cases.  Even though not providing drugs, it will try to put patients with possible drug providers, without guarantees.  Free 2ND class health care is better than no health care. This medical program would provide dental cleanings by a dental hygienist.

Expand public rail; O
Expand public rail systems for alternative, more energy efficient transportation.   This includes more underground rails, rails to suburban counties, and perimeter rails that go around cities.

Control our borders;O U
Controlling our borders means we are a nation.  If we cannot control our borders it means that there will soon be something else that we cannot control.  And something after that.  Until there is no Nation.

No privatized prisons;O
We do not want privatized prisons paying politicians to promote a larger prison population.

Prepay prison sentences;O
When a sentence occurs, the state enters into the escrow account money to pay for the prisoners stay in prison.  This approach would provide an incentive for the people of the state to reform their educational system both before prison, during prison, and after prison.

Protect unionizing;O
Employees should be able to spontaneously unionize in spite of deterrents by employers.  Consequently, neither the government nor national unions need to be involved with the negotiations.

---- Platform, p. 2 ----;

Provide computers for handicapped;O
Handicapped people are handy-capable when it comes to computer work.  We need a program that encourages them to become part of the economy to their greatest extent.

Legislate different types of marriages;O
Churches frame marriage with a foundation based on a man and a woman accidentally producing a baby, and then apply, when needed, this baby producing foundation to all marriages.  Same sex partners are drawn into the church's framing and futilely defend themselves as being able to have an accidental baby.  To protect civil liberties, laws are needed for different types of marriages.

Provide free mass medical tests; O
As a society we have no problems buying roads that everyone can use, but we cannot seem to buy medical equipment that everyone can use.

Reform Elections; O U
The House of Representatives is the starting point for all spending by the U.S. Government. Candidates for the House of Representatives pay out of pocket for advertising and campaigning. So when running for office they are inclined to take contributions from a third party. These kinds of actions pave the way for national corruption.

Build an industrial reservation in Mexico;O U
Like electrons drawn to a positive charge, Mexicans naturally gravitate toward the U.S. because  Mexico is an impoverished country with an even higher wealth stratification than our country.  The only way to keep them from coming over here is to make Mexico more attractive by providing greater economic opportunity.  An industrial reservation near the U.S. border, owned by the Mexican government and controlled by the U.S. government, can take in illegal captives, give  them a place to live and work, and be a first step toward technological and economic improvements.

Protect Iraq Baath Party;O
Empower the Baath Party, hijacked by Hussein and thought of as Sunnis, with training and arms to setup a secularized government.  Bush's plan is to empower the Shiites to setup a theocracy just like he is trying to setup one in America.  We need to setup a constitution that excludes religious rhetoric and all of its old prejudices.  In  1947, the Baath Party was founded as a secular Arab political party and seems to now be the best choice for a secular government in Iraq.

Change All Drug Offenses to Misdemeanors;O
Our current drug policy perpetually creates more prisons, fills them with poor people who have committed victimless, non-violent offenses, and violates the eighth amendment with excessive punishment.  Furthermore, drug laws are so draconian that parents are hesitant to contact authorities and ask for help for their addicted children.  This system equates smoking a joint to assault and battery.  By making all drug-related crimes into misdemeanors, we can save billions of tax dollars and make a significant stride toward free, less authoritarian society.

Spend only what we have;O
The tax code is a hodgepodge of loopholes designed to fatten the pockets of the wealthy at the expense of tax-payers.  Congress, a part of this wealthy group, then has the government borrow money to fill the financial hole they themselves created.  I propose that we remove all these loopholes.  Stop the funneling of the people's money into the hands of some.  At the same time, stop noncollateralized borrowing , national debt expansion, and eventual destabilization of our economy.

Stop making US a Theocracy;O
Republican forces in our government seem determined to turn the country into a theocracy.  Opposing this are those like myself who prefer movement toward a Jefferson-Jackson Nation.  One goal of this campaign is to convince the democratic party and then the nation to return the values of the JJ Nation which include the reduction of tax loopholes, the spending of public money only after it is collected, and the tighter control of monopolies.

Cease the Global War on Drugs;O
Quit sending our military units to third world countries like Columbia and Afghanistan.  The drugs are going to be made and distributed no matter what.  All this practice does is drive up the value of drugs, entice more criminals to get into the game, makes them more money, and, in the case of Afghanistan, enriches terrorists.

Remove all Diebold Voting Machines;O
We need to remove any Diebold voting machines, immaterial of how good they might be.  We are not here to reward a company that would not provide the software to our machines.  Even in my own area, Cobb County, Georgia, we had disqualifying votes in a SPLOST vote in the fall of 2005.

Make church/faith based laws generic;O
Laws that are for the church and faith-based goals need to be open to all entities, where such entities meet certain generic rules.

Stop Hopeless Prison Sentences;O
Our legislatures are quick to throw people into prison and throw away the key, but they have no concept that the purpose of prison is to rehabilitate by punishment.  If people cannot be rehabilitated, then they need special considerations which could include enclave towns. An enclave is a state surrounded by the territory of a country.

---- Platform, p. 3 ----;

Try protecting jobs with tariffs;O
There is no reason for our people to be out of technical job positions just because our leaders want other countries to have those positions.

Allow charitable deductions;O
Because the poor are in a near zero tax bracket, charitable gifts, whether money or not, would have no taxes associated with them and hence previous taxes paid on such gifts could be deducted .

Allow interest deductions;O
Interest is an expense that should be deductible, just like in a business.

Provide light YDCs;O
Light YDCs, meaning light Youth Detention Centers, would provide a place for troubled kids to go to voluntarily to be supervised and helped with homework.

Collateralize debts; O
Collateralized debt means that each amount of debt that the government has is matched with a piece of property that can be sold to pay off the debt.

---- Platform, p. 4 ----;

Control monopolistic interests;O
A monopoly is a company that is so large  it can drive competing businesses out of existence.  A monopolistic interest is a grouping of entities that group together to obtain advantage power for themselves, usually by influencing the government.  This activity needs to be controlled.

Assist candidates; O
Candidates who are helping the average citizen cannot obtain advertising funds as easily as candidates who are helping large businesses.  This leaves citizens at a disadvantage to businesses.

Allow prisoners to vote;O
A  fear that everyone should have is that our government puts so many people in prison (and some wrongfully) creating a situation in which, because they cannot vote, their lost votes affect who is elected.   Actually our Georgia Supreme Court, along with other states, concocted a reason for them not to vote and it needs to be reversed.

Evaluate prosecutors;O
It is impossible to legally bring charges against a prosecutor.  However, family, friends and social workers need to enter comments, even unproven comments, about prosecutors into a database. The state should fund, protect and duplicate this data-
base for activist groups.

Educate prisoners;O
Education can be done affordably, even though it may not be as good as that found at an accredited facility. Prison education would provide a basis for attending an accredited school or for working.

Limit capital punishment;O
The errors in our justice system are too great to have Capital Punishment.  Robert Clark served 25 years and was released in Marietta on December 8, 2005.  Clarence Harrison served 17 years and is living in Marietta.  Shareef Cousin from New Orleans was on Death Row and is now living in Atlanta.  ...

Reform Social Security;O
One important aspect of SS is that it provides a minimal bank account so that we the people can have some safe keeping of our money.

Reform tax code;O
Kids and wives become individuals. Of course, remove all incentives and loopholes.  The national sales tax can also be implemented, but politicians will try clogging it with loopholes.

Increase minimum wage;O
We need the minimum wage, but we do not need it to be inflationary.  It is a balancing act.  It also requires a closed border.

Change Iraq war mission;O
I was and am for Jimmy Carter being the Secretary of Defense.  Jimmy wants to earn peace and not steal oil.  Jimmy started a massive new fuels program but Republicans destroyed it, helping their oil buddies.

Replace rifle policy;O
The National Rifle Association, NRA, is controlled by manufacturers of guns instead of by supporters of the U.S. second Amendment.  A policy change is needed for electronic locks.

Legalize responsibility marriages;O
With a responsibility marriage, the bread winner finances the homebody and children based on minimum, proportional, and maximum standards.  Currently, marriages are partnerships that finance the homebody with half the remaining wealth of the partnership, but require outside intervention to maintain responsibility.

Distribute taxes only after collection;O
This is another way of saying stop all tax loopholes.  In other words, every person and entity needs to pay their taxes, and then our legislatures can decide where the money should go.

Replace Tax Deductions with Deflected Incomes;O
A tax deduction is based on the concept that income is reversed out of the original income and given elsewhere.  A more easily auditable approach is to first place the original income into a deflection account and then distribute the money to others before giving it to the account's owner.

Separate Child's Taxation from Parent's;O
By making a child pay its own taxes, which are usually zero, parents, grandparents, friends, or anyone can deflect their pre-income to the child, allowing the child to pay the taxes on the pre-income, which occurs if the total is too excessive.

Separate Church from State;O
In both parties religious beliefs are of the utmost importance.  They should not be.
In my opinion, one of the reasons we are fighting in Iraq is for religious dominance. This dominance is supported by evangelicals like the Bush Administration.  Likewise, the illegal immigration of Mexican Aliens supports the stronghold of the Catholic Church over the U.S. We see politicians like Ted Kennedy support amnesty for illegals and a growth for the Catholic Empire. It is my belief that there is nothing of more importance than the separation of church and state. Religious freedom is why our country was founded.  For more information on these topics, see www.stopgoddeceivers.org.

Mental Health Vouchers;O U
Churches are places where citizens can come together and  support each other socially, mentally, and emotionally.  Americans are increasingly living more hectic lifestyles and they need a way to mentally regroup.  The church is a perfect place for this recouping and, in fairness, people should be given a voucher for this recouping that they may spend on any practice they choose which could include the church.  Choices would include psychologists, country clubs, yoga, exercise gyms, or any religions. The budget for this would be based on around 0.1 % of the military budget to help combat military suicide, which is at a high right now.

Environmental Tariffs;O
American products and American jobs are being undermined by slave-like labor from countries such as China who are infamous global polluters.  A modest tariff, placed on any party who imports products into the U.S. from an environmentally unfriendly country, would increase the cost of imported products and make U.S. products more competitive.  This tariff would be chosen based on the degree to which the exporting country pollutes the environment.  The collected money would then be sent back to the exporting country to be spent only on updating their environmental standards.  This system would provide economic incentive for exporting countries to comply properly, not ship through other countries, and regulate their pollution.

Overhaul Eyewitness Identification Procedures;O
Faulty eyewitness identifications caused more than 75% of the 207 wrongful
convictions in the United States overturned by DNA evidence.  We need to review and redo the processes by which eyewitnesses identify supposed perpetrators.  Too many people are likely falsely imprisoned.  These erroneous procedures are particularly unfair to blacks who are frequent victims of racism and cronyism, especially in rural areas where the judge, the administrating officer, and members of the jury could all be cousins or neighbors.
